Hello fellow humans placing orders! We’re also fellow humans and we will work to dispatch your order to you as quickly as possible. But, due to the overwhelming demand of customer service requests due to the United States Postal service being very slow about updating shipping status here are a few things to note re: shipping.
We’re super chill folks at High Maintenance and we will always 100% do the right thing and make sure our people are taken care of. But, given the outrage over shipping delays from some of our customers we find it vitally important to remind people that we too, are people.
Please understand that we can only control the following:
Shipping you reliable and excellently sourced products in a timely manner
Shipping these products to you and providing tracking in a timely manner.
We are an independently owned and operated business in a highly regulated market. We are not Amazon or Wal-Mart or Burger King. Once your package is shipped if your local post office moves slowly or the USPS decides to take a day off from updating tracking status please understand we do not own the United States Post office and cannot Colombo-style sleuth where your package is.
We ship Monday-Saturday and are closed on Sunday. If you place an order on Saturday at 4pm, please note that it will not ship until Monday. Orders placed before 2pm ship same day.
I mean, you can try. But if your order gets seized because the country you’re trying to forward it to considers our products to be illegal please do not contact us for a refund. It is 100% your responsibility to know the legality of these products in your location outside of the United States.
Backordered products generally ship in 1 week or less but we ask that you be aware of the state of our current universe and that we are experiencing unprecedented supply chain delays. If you do not want to wait, please do not order a backordered product.
As long as you entered your address correctly, it wasn’t seized because you tried to be sneaky and order illegal products to a regulated area and it was no ones fault but happenstance, we’ll replace your order.
If you would like insurance on your order, use the “Get it Faster” option to ship Priority Mail which will be insured against loss.
