What is your returns policy?

We take quality seriously.  It’s the foundation of our brand heart.  All of our products are shipped in sealed packages from fresh inventory.  If you feel that the quality of your product is not as described please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Due to the nature of the endocannabinoid system (the highway for CBD in your body) not everyone will have the same response.  We make no medical claims, promises, or guarantees.  Our products are not intended as a cure, treatment or magic pill for health concerns.

Each and every body is unique and everyone’s experience with hemp is unique.  Our job is to source the highest quality available on the market and match that with product education so you can make informed choices.  We will not accept returns due to a product not “working”.

Our labs are all 3rd party verified and we independently verify labs when working with suppliers so we can confidently say that our products are premium quality.


I received the wrong item

Oh no! Not cool at all.  But hey, free wrong item! Please contact us immediately and we will make it right.


My order arrived damaged

We battle test our packaging to make sure it’s crush proof, foolproof and can make it through the mail undamaged (seriously, we stepped on boxes to test them).  If a package arrives to you damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.


Where should I mail my authorized return?

We do not accept returns of perishable (hemp, CBD) products due to safety concerns.  If for some reason your purchase needs to be refunded we will not require you to return it to us.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Sorry, we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to user error.  If your package is returned undelivered, we will mail it to you at your cost.  Since we offer free shipping, you will have to pay shipping if we need to re-ship your order.
